Job Summary
Lead stakeholder interviews, design and analyze market surveys, and conduct secondary research to build a current-state baseline for a three-region assessment. Draft regional memos, findings, and board-ready strategy materials under the Engagement Lead's direction while managing the 12-week engagement schedule across four phases. Track progress against client milestones, maintain action logs and the document data room, and coordinate onsite logistics for Phoenix trips. Requires 15–20 hours per week for the full duration with two travel requirements to Phoenix. This dual role combines strategy analysis and program management to deliver a three-to-five-year growth strategy for a global executive-education institution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years (or equivalent) in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable analytical role
- Strong research, quantitative analysis, and business-writing skills
- Ability to produce first drafts with light direction
- Demonstrated project or program coordination
- Scheduling
