Job Summary
Associate, Strategic Finance supports FP&A, analytics, and business insights for the Corporate, Operations, and Technology divisions. You will collaborate with Finance leaders on business reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnership with business leadership; create reporting and analytical insights to illuminate spending patterns and projections, and present findings to multiple levels of leadership. Role reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development and requires a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, AZ with 3 in-office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of finance experience including experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance or Financial Services
- 2+ years of experience with google products - Sheets, Docs and Slides or Microsoft products.
- 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.
