Associate, Strategic Finance

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Strategic Finance to join the FP&A team. You will support financial planning, analytics, and business insights for the business (Corporate, Operations, Technology) and partner with finance leaders on reviews, full-year projections, and strategic partnerships. You will create new reporting and analytical insights to illuminate spending patterns and projections, and present findings to senior leadership. Responsibilities include crafting data-driven pricing recommendations, building models and tooling for insights, collaborating with Actuarial, Regional Leaders, Plan Design, and Sales teams on portfolio strategy, researching profitability tradeoffs and market trends, sourcing and analyzing data for strategic programs, monitoring metrics around the ACA landscape, and reporting intra-year membership analytics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial (or equivalent) and 4+ years of finance experience, with bonus points for an MBA or MS in Financial Analysis and experience in healthcare/insurance. The position is fully remote for candidates in Dallas, TX, with potential future hybrid arrangements. Salary is $96,876 - $127,149 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.
