Job Summary
Join Hut 8 as an Associate, Strategic Finance where you will evaluate and execute strategic and financial initiatives such as financing activities, investment opportunities, joint ventures, and M&A. Key responsibilities include building detailed financial models, conducting in-depth analyses of capital structures, participating in the deal lifecycle, and collaborating across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling skills, organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate finance, along with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong financial modeling skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance principles
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and prioritize effectively
