Associate Store Manager - NEW STORE - J.Crew Factory

As an Associate Store Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You will provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance, own a designated division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.), manage store operations and systems, support recruiting and training, and step into other roles to maintain operational excellence. You will collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner, strive to exceed goals, deliver best-in-class customer service, engage the community through events, and adapt to various roles on the sales floor as needed.
