Associate Store Manager

Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner while maximizing profitability and fostering genuine customer connections. Own your designated division of responsibility including Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, and manage store operations, systems, and technology. Provide immediate feedback and coaching to maximize team performance, support recruiting and training efforts, and ensure the team exceeds goals with best-in-class customer service. Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events, while stepping into various roles on the sales floor as needed. Maintain scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate physical capability to lift and move at least 40 pounds.
