Job Summary
As Associate Manager, collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner across the brand’s division (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling) and drive profitability. Own your designated area of responsibility while stepping into other roles to maintain operational excellence, coach and develop the team, support recruiting, training, and create a collaborative environment. Lead efforts to exceed goals, deliver best-in-class customer service, engage the community, and implement innovative ideas to build brand loyalty. Expect to rotate into various roles on the sales floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds
- Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays
