Associate Sterile Pack Operator - 3rd shift

As an Associate Sterile Pack Operator in a clean room, you will perform assembly, kit production, testing, packaging, and shipping preparation using manual, automatic or semi-automatic machines. You will follow router protocols to move product through production, perform microbial sampling, repair or re-work parts from quality documents, and work from drawings and work instructions to plan and take action. You will assist with cleaning parts to meet quality specifications, adhere to company policies and applicable laws, and participate in duties as assigned. Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and compliance with FDA/ISO standards are essential; the role requires a high level of teamwork and integrity in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and ethics.
