Job Summary
Associate, Stakeholder Alignment responsible for leading client engagements and delivering stakeholder alignment services (project partnering sessions, risk assessments, community engagement) to clients; develop relationships and new opportunities through proposals and market research; innovate by refining service offerings, processes, and tools/templates; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in construction, real estate development, or consulting, with strong communication, organization, and travel capabilities (2-4 days/month).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with 3–5 years of professional experience in construction, real estate development, or consulting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, adept at operating in team environments and engaging confidently with senior-level leaders
- Ability to design and create polished deliverables - documents, spreadsheets, and slide presentations
- Travel: ability to travel as required (2-4 days per month) to support nationwide client engagements
