Associate Staff Engineer - Mendix Developer

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Mendix applications and custom widgets as part of the Hyperautomation service offering. Build scalable applications, integrate external systems via REST APIs and SOAP services, and create responsive UI with CSS/SCSS. Develop domain models, microflows, and nanoflows; implement business logic and workflows; perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Work with Git for version control; collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders; ensure application security through roles, access rules, and validations. Experience in React/Streamlit is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience
- Strong understanding of Mendix Studio Pro
- Experience building responsive web applications and workflows
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and integrations
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Mendix Intermediate
- Certification preferred
- Mendix application development
