Associate Staff Engineer - Cloud Engineer

Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) in line with industry best practices. Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or CircleCI. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and CloudFormation. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud services and DevOps tools to ensure maximum uptime and performance, collaborating with applications teams to ensure cloud services integrate and function with applications. Administer Linux and Windows Server environments; implement security best practices in the cloud including identity management, network security, and data encryption. Handle incident management using ServiceNow. Create and maintain system documentation for cloud infrastructure, configuration, and procedures. Includes strong emphasis on cloud platforms, CI/CD tooling, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes, security, and GenAI awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and DevOps roles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terraform Cloud and CloudFormation
- Good knowledge of scripting languages: Python, Bash
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of network and security concepts in the cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Understanding of OpenAI and GenAI
- Must have Skills: Jenkins (Strong), Azure DevOps suite (Capable), IaC Concepts - General Experience, Terraform (Strong)
