Job Summary
Manage and mentor a team of professionals while overseeing daily operational activities at GlobeOp India - Gurgaon. Monitor team performance against key performance indicators, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with senior management to develop departmental strategies, identify process enhancements, and prepare performance reports. Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial services operations
- At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence and operational efficiency
