Job Summary
Associate / Sr. Associate - Credit card Operations at Zeta supporting the Lumen credit card program. Responsibilities include: handling dispute processing across chargeback lifecycle, monitoring dispute queues and SLA adherence, coordinating with internal/external stakeholders, maintaining dispute reports; performing daily settlement reconciliation, validating settlement reports, supporting repayment reconciliation and transaction validations; GL accounting support, operational validations and reporting; supporting audit, compliance, and governance; maintaining operational MIS and reporting dashboards while ensuring SOPs and process controls. Required: strong analytical/problem-solving skills, understanding of payment operations and reconciliation, proficiency in Excel and reporting, plus good communication and stakeholder management. Preferred: experience in card operations, disputes, settlements, or reconciliation; familiarity with Mastercard/Visa operations; fintech/payments environment exposure. Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or related field. Locations: Mumbai and Chennai, India. Required Qualifications
