Associate Spine Specialist (Little Rock, AR)

Job Summary
Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Globus Medical products to existing and competitive customers while meeting assigned sales goals. Gain and increase product knowledge through formal training, surgeon speaker programs, and attending surgeries or operating room visits. Assist the Spine Territory Manager on field calls for the assigned geography and address account problems. Perform field ride-alongs with the Area Director and Spine Territory Manager on a regular basis. Develop and increase the customer base to enhance product market share within the territory. Provide regular feedback on product development opportunities, new target accounts, and sales performance. Maintain alignment with company quality policies, confidentiality, and all compliance training requirements including AdvaMed and MedTech codes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business
- Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends
- Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
- Ability to make sales presentations with positive results
- Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Required to possess specific visons abilities, including: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years' successful spine sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare related sales and or business to business sales experience
- Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence
