Job Summary
Associate Spine Specialist in Cleveland, OH with Globus Medical. The role supports Spine Territory Manager, handles territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities. Responsibilities include increasing product knowledge through formal sales training, attending surgeries and OR visits, conducting sales calls to promote Globus Medical products, assisting with field calls for assigned geography, participating in field ride-alongs with senior leaders, expanding the customer base and market share, providing feedback on product development and target accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Requires 1-2 years spine sales experience (preferred) or related healthcare/B2B sales, a bachelor’s degree in Science or Business, ability to travel, and strong spinal anatomy understanding; position emphasizes ethical conduct and adherence to company codes and compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business
- 1-2 years’ successful spine sales experience preferred, may consider other healthcare related sales and/or business to business sales experience
- Exemplary ability to listen, communicate and influence
- Ability to travel as necessary, which may include nights and/or weekends
- Strong understanding of spinal anatomy
