Associate Specialist, Veeva Configuration

Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain integrations with Veeva Vault Clinical Data using Veeva REST APIs, Vault Loader, MuleSoft, and automation scripts to support efficient data ingestion, extraction, and document transfer workflows. Create and validate API test suites with Postman, build complex reports and dashboards across Vault CDMS, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned to the Vault Clinical data model. Manage releases across DEV/VAL/PROD, track work in JIRA, provide L2/L3 support, and document solutions while driving engineering practices. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement. Hybrid work arrangement based in Hyderabad, India. Preferred focus areas include BRM, data engineering, data ingestion, data visualization, SDLC, and Vault management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer Science or equivalent degree
- 1+ years of software experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault Clinical Data / Vault CDMS
- Proficiency with Veeva REST APIs
- Experience with Vault Loader
- MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform
- Data integration and workflow automation
- API testing with Postman
- Report and dashboard development in Vault CDMS
- Release management and SDLC
- JIRA/Agile delivery
- Production support, monitoring, and root-cause analysis
Desired Qualifications
