Job Summary
Lead and support technical interactions with West customers on product applications, packaging, and development projects; coordinate and deliver technical information, training materials, and blogs to reinforce industry thought leadership; act as liaison between customers and West functions to ensure products meet customer requirements; prepare technical presentations, participate in tradeshows/conferences, and educate customers on product applications; travel up to 5% to engage with customers and manage projects; require strong technical background in chemistry/biology/pharmacy/engineering and excellent interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Chemistry/Biology/Pharmacy/Engineering) or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in a technical field (Chemistry/Biology/Pharmacy/Engineering) preferred
