Job Summary
Screen and interview blue-collar candidates for short-term and order-based staffing requests while assessing local expertise and career potential. Assist in recruiting passive candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, and direct outreach to identify individuals with limited online presence. Maintain tracking systems to communicate recruitment metrics with stakeholders and support effectiveness analysis of sourcing channels to adjust approaches. Develop relationships with candidates to ensure a positive placement experience and convey operational opportunities and client value propositions.
