Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Identifies skill gaps among operational talent and reports them to ensure talent utilization
- Conducts talent assessments to identify high-potential operational talent for specialized positions
- Assists in creating tailored development plans for operational talent, focusing on skill enhancement and growth opportunities
- Prepares updates to clients on operational talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations
- Supports the identification and matching of short term/project based and long term job opportunities/assignments for operational talents
- Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or talents on contract within the specialization
- Develops a robust pool of operational talents through networking
