Job Summary
Lead coordination and delivery of enterprise performance, learning and capability programs across a hybrid US-based model, partnering with stakeholders to plan, track, and improve programs. Manage workstreams from planning through delivery, monitor KPIs and participation data to inform decisions, coordinate communications and governance, and support design and delivery of learning materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely execution, governance, and documentation; maintain governance over policies and procedures; develop engaging communications and content, including materials in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Canva and SharePoint; leverage learning technologies (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, SharePoint) and dashboards (Power BI) to surface insights; travel occasionally between New England and New York sites and rare trips to the United Kingdom; operate within a center of excellence and business-partnering model and support alignment across US/UK programs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in project management, learning & development, learning design, HR, program coordination, communications, or related field
- Hands-on experience designing, refining, or adapting learning experiences, materials, or program content
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in psychology, education, HR, business, or related field preferred; specialized L&D/OD/coaching/assessment/psychometrics certifications strongly valued
- Proven track record managing projects from planning through delivery
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across matrixed organisations
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organisations spanning the United States and the United Kingdom
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners
- Ability to create clear, professional materials in PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Experience producing engaging communications, guides, campaigns, and learning materials
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, simple content
- Experience with learning technologies and content management (SharePoint, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning) and dashboards/reporting tools (Power BI)
- Strong file organisation, content management, and dashboard/reporting literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft 365; quick to learn tools like ServiceNow and Miro
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with follow-through
- Collaborative team player who can work autonomously
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
