Job Summary
HR Specialist in Shared Services (Mandarin speaker) responsible for employee lifecycle support (onboarding, job changes, terminations), HR data integrity, case management, SOP maintenance, and compliance with GDPR across multiple countries. Drives process improvements, collaborates with HR partners and external vendors, and supports audits. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years in HR operations, multinational experience, proficiency with HR systems (Workday/ServiceNow) a plus, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist
- Experience working in a multinational environment, supporting multiple countries
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to engage with employees at all levels
- Hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
