Associate Specialist, Shared Services HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Summary
HR Shared Services Associate Specialist to support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, terminations), maintain HR data integrity, respond to employee inquiries, train team members, and update SOPs. Works with cross-country stakeholders, ensures GDPR/compliance, and collaborates with HR partners and external vendors. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration, 1-3 years in HR operations, experience in a multinational setting, and English/Chinese fluency; Workday/ServiceNow experience is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist
- Experience working in a multinational environment
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
