Job Summary
Associate Specialist – Product Surveillance for Digital GE Healthcare products. Handles post-market surveillance activities, supports regulatory reporting, and develops corrective and preventive actions to ensure safe and effective use of GE Healthcare Digital products such as Advantage Workstation and related solutions. Requires advanced experience in Quality & Product Surveillance, knowledge of Digital Healthcare workflows (PACs, RIS, HL7, DICOM), strong communication skills, and ability to plan and execute programs within a cross-functional setting. The role emphasizes individual contributor execution, with autonomy in delivering defined services and guiding new team members as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced experience in Quality & Product Surveillance
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Knowledge of Digital in Healthcare (PACs, RIS, HL7, DICOM)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
