Job Summary
Associate - Specialist - Product Owner acts as a liaison among engineering, operations, and business teams to execute product strategy. Responsibilities include maintaining and managing the product backlog, authoring user stories, documenting product lifecycle artifacts (roadmap, business requirements, functional specs), and participating in sprint planning. The role involves market research, competitive analysis, and iterative development in collaboration with Product Managers. Must understand asset management and various asset classes in capital markets, collect and visualize data, and create reports/dashboards. Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL preferred), data integration experience, and ability to translate business needs into actionable analyses are required. Knowledge of End of Day/Start of Day processes and experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations is needed. Education: Engineering/ Masters in Finance or CIPM/CFA/FRM or equivalent certification is preferred. Desirable skills include Python, CI/CD, DevOps, and a broad software development lifecycle understanding.

- 3+ years professional experience in product ownership or related roles
