Job Summary
Manage patient registration and access processes onsite in healthcare facilities, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. Assign Medical Record Numbers (MRNs), verify patient demographics and insurance information, and process point-of-service collections. Collect consent forms, retrieve patient signatures, and distribute education documents while communicating financial responsibilities clearly. Utilize auditing systems to maintain account accuracy and support clinical and financial operations. Perform additional duties as assigned, including answering phones and completing administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and deliver exceptional customer service with empathy.
