Job Summary

Process employee lifecycle transactions by completing onboarding, job change, and separation documentation while updating records in designated systems. Compile payroll inputs by gathering required data, validating completeness, and routing issues for resolution to support accurate pay outcomes. Coordinate pre-employment activities by initiating background checks, organizing orientation logistics, and tracking completion. Maintain personnel documentation by organizing files, verifying required forms, and supporting audit-ready recordkeeping. Prepare standard HR reports by validating recurring workforce data and escalating gaps or exceptions. Execute local HR program administration by processing transactions, sending communications, and retaining supporting records. Route policy and benefit communications by distributing updates to stakeholders and capturing required acknowledgements. Requires knowledge of Service Now & Workday, a Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, and less than two years of experience in HR shared service operations. Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Service Now & Workday
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Less than 2 years of experience in human resource shared service operations, human resource information system, payroll, benefits, or a related field
  • Proficiency in clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in building productive working relationships through strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering effective presentations
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking to assess issues and recommend actions
  • Ability to organize work effectively with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve associate issues quickly and efficiently through timely follow-up and appropriate escalation
  • Working knowledge of labor law, EEO/AAP, recruiting, and compensation and benefits practices
  • Ability to represent a consistently positive and professional image
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to implement and sustain processes that support audit readiness and satisfactory audit outcomes
