Job Summary
Associate Specialist-HR based at Roquette's Pantnagar unit focused on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development: support job requisition process, screen and shortlist CVs, conduct interviews via panel, negotiate salaries, issue offers, onboard new hires, design induction programs, manage Apprentices/Trainees/Interns engagement (NAPS/NATS), maintain recruitment and learning dashboards in Workday, track learning hours, support performance management, and drive training calendar development and delivery to strengthen capability in a plant environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- 4-5+ years in HR with exposure to Talent Acquisition and L&D
- Experience in manufacturing/plant environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of Workday/HRIS (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
