Job Summary
Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks globally while leading root-cause problem solving to drive proactive, structured improvements. Build and standardize continuous improvement capabilities across the organization by analyzing key business areas for measurable enhancements. Embed these practices through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement to foster a culture of accountability and transparent, data-driven decision-making. Establish closed-loop learning to ensure insights are captured and applied effectively. This role involves some travel to locations such as Grenaa, Darmstadt, or Leiden. You will join a small team of three colleagues with strong Lean and Six Sigma expertise to strengthen improvement maturity across the global organization.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, or Value Chain Management
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification
- Coaching experience from previous work
- Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in an international environment
- Confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders and helping them understand the value of adopting continuous improvement practices
- Structured mindset
- Proactive approach
- Motivated by driving change and helping improvements become embedded in the organization
- Strong sense of accountability
- Ability to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service
- History of staying within NATO/EU/MISWG countries for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad
- No serious criminal offences committed
Desired Qualifications
- Danish or German language skills
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification from the automotive industry
