Job Summary
Associate (Spanish) on Sama's Service Delivery team in India responsible for reviewing, tagging, and classifying retail product data to improve search relevance and product discoverability; follow defined guidelines and classification rules, identify data discrepancies and escalate when necessary, maintain high standards of data accuracy, perform quality checks to ensure program requirements, remove duplicates to maintain a clean catalog, collaborate with team members, adapt to changing guidelines/tools, and take on related tasks to support product search and classification programs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, C1 Spanish, strong English writing skills, keen attention to detail, basic understanding of e-commerce/product catalogs, and ability to work both independently and in a team, with experience or interest in data annotation, taxonomy, and classification systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum C1 Level of Proficiency in Spanish
- Good written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured guidelines and taxonomies
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail product catalogs
- Ability to process repetitive tasks accurately while meeting quality and productivity targets
- Proficiency with computers and common tools (spreadsheets, web-based platforms)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
