Lane Bryant Associate responsible for creating a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Responsibilities include Sales and Service—identifying customer needs with curiosity and confidence, using company resources to reinforce the brand experience, sharing current products, fit and fashion trends to appropriately wardrobe customers, and building trust. Operations—supporting areas of operational energy, planning and prioritizing tasks to meet customer and business needs, protecting company assets, and adhering to policies and laws. Qualifications emphasize strong sales or hospitality experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and proficiency with mobile tech (e.g. registers and iPad). Physical duties include lifting/moving merchandise up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders up to 12 feet on occasion.
