Job Summary
Associate - Sourcing Manager leads and supports end-to-end sourcing and contracting for third-party supplier spend across Market Data and related services, builds stakeholder partnerships with senior teams, drives channel compliance, conducts supplier due diligence, develops sourcing options, negotiates contracts, and ensures adherence to policy. Requires extensive sourcing experience, strong analytical and relationship-management skills, proficiency with Ariba and Excel, familiarity with legal contracts and SLAs, and experience with financial-services third-party providers. This role emphasizes global collaboration across regions and internal control partnerships to achieve cost efficiency and compliant supplier engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of sourcing experience
- Extensive Sourcing and process knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and judgment
- Ability to work effectively across regions and with all levels of management
- Client management and relationship management skills
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience conducting cost/spend analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, plus Ariba procurement tool
- Understanding of legal contracts and SLAs and the ability to support contract development and compliance
- Experience working with third-party providers in a Financial Services context
