Associate Sourcing Manager - Denim

Job Summary
Hybrid Associate Sourcing Manager to support denim product development from concept through production; manage timelines, costing, vendor communications, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality products on time. Own execution of product development with guidance, acting as liaison between Design, Merchants, and suppliers. Manage calendars, negotiate vendor lead times and MOQs, analyze costs, support sourcing strategy, and assist with counter-sourcing to maintain competitive costs. Partner cross-functionally to resolve development and production issues; participate in weekly Omni meetings; validate liabilities and debit notes with internal partners; support QA by reviewing testing reports and attending fittings. Essential skills include denim sourcing and development knowledge (washes, finishes, fabric construction), 2-3 years in sourcing/product development, strong negotiation and analytical abilities, excellent communication, ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, proven supplier-relationship-building, and proficiency with Excel and PLM. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, apparel/retail merchandising, business, marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years experience in sourcing, product development, or related area
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with PLM and business systems preferred
- Knowledge of garment construction and production is a plus
