Job Summary
Associate Sonographer role responsible for operating ultrasound imaging equipment and software to support accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include ensuring patient safety, maintaining high-quality imaging standards, adhering to radiation safety procedures, and collaborating with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. Requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of Sonography and completed required clinical hours OR registered sonographer
- State licensure may be required depending on practice state
- ARDMS or ARRT or CCI registry OR Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 6 months of eligibility)
- BLS within 30 days of hire
