Job Summary
Serve as a technical expert supporting enterprise customers by troubleshooting complex issues across integrations, workflows, and configurations. Investigate root causes using SQL, logs, APIs, and internal tooling to identify business impact, then partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve challenges. Support integrations involving CRM systems, calendars, and operational platforms while documenting bugs and creating detailed escalation tickets. Advise customers on platform best practices and optimization opportunities, helping to improve internal documentation and troubleshooting workflows. Develop deep expertise in customer business operations and platform functionality to bridge the gap between clients and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Technical Account Management, Implementation Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with experience investigating software issues
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity
- Comfortable writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support troubleshooting efforts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues based on customer impact and business urgency
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or customer support platforms such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with Datadog, logging platforms, or observability tools
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau
- Experience building internal tools or automations using low-code/no-code platforms such as Retool
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Previous experience at a SaaS startup or high-growth technology company
