Job Summary
Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) in Cisco CSAP for the Netherlands — a 12-month global accelerator designed to develop high-potential individuals into Technical Sales Champions. The program includes immersive bootcamp training, three rotational assignments across real-world technical sales experience, mentorship from CSAP alumni, hub-based cohort collaboration, and an AI-First learning trajectory. Graduates transition into Solutions Engineer roles within Cisco’s Global Virtual Engineering team to design and demonstrate technical solutions addressing customer challenges, with rotations spanning Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud and opportunities to earn industry-standard certifications.
Required Qualifications
- A technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or equivalent practical proof of technical curiosity (home lab, certification, or side project)
- Fluency in English and the language of the country of hire
- Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without sponsorship
