Job Summary
Join Aircall as an Associate Solutions Engineer to impact the customer experience from day one. You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams, providing technical expertise and support for integrations, APIs, and the design of Proof of Concepts (POCs). Ideal candidates bring an eagerness to address customer needs throughout the sales cycle, technical knowledge in programming and web systems, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work closely with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers during sales processes
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and webhooks
- Ability to set up Proof of Concepts (POC) with clients
- Documentation skills for internal processes
- Experience working with third-party partners and resellers
- Ability to contribute to developer platform
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle
- Curiosity and critical thinking
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python)
- Understanding of web servers and databases
- Technical question assistance experience as an AE or Strategic CSM
