Job Summary
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements and assist senior consultants in developing detailed specifications for Kinaxis Maestro implementations. Collaborate with delivery and product teams to configure and implement software solutions tailored to diverse supply chain needs. Support senior members in translating requirements into solution specifications, manage data transformation and integration activities, and provide technical support to end users. Participate in validation and testing cycles while capturing user feedback for continuous improvement. This entry-level role within the Professional Services team focuses on delivering advanced planning capabilities across multi-industry supply chains.
Required Qualifications
- Min 2 – 4 years of overall experience in the supply chain industry or in end to end product implementation projects
- Sound domain expertise in Supply Chain concepts and advanced planning business processes such as statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc
- A passion for working in customer facing roles with high level of interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Candidates with results-oriented mindset, focusing on improving client satisfaction and providing a very high standard of service, contributing to Kinaxis's success
- Strong intent to learn and master our first in class product "Maestro"
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment and co-ordinate effectively with stakeholders at all organization levels
- Highly adaptable professional, able to embrace teamwork in diverse and evolving work environments
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions
- Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Desired Qualifications
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of Agentic AI, data models, SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc
- Implementation experience with advanced planning solutions such as SAPAPO, Blueyonder, ERP etc
