Job Summary
Associate Solution Architect for Digital Transformation (D&T) - Infrastructure Engineering, Client Compute Engineering (CCE). You will provide consulting on endpoint deployment and management using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, JAMF, and InstallShield, collaborate across regional/global teams, and support project execution. Responsibilities include consulting on tooling, developing deployment strategies, troubleshooting installation/configuration issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR part 11). Requires strong scripting and packaging experience (Powershell, VBScript, Bash) and familiarity with SCCM/Configure Manager, InstallShield, JAMF, remote support, and bilingual communication (Spanish/English). Travel up to 10% is possible. Fully remote work is not indicated; the role is based in Bengaluru, India with on-site requirements as specified. The role emphasizes problem-solving, analytical communication, adherence to SOPs, and participation in Lean Sigma initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.
