Job Summary
Build and deliver software solutions using Java, Python, TypeScript, React, and Rust within Veeva's Engineering Development Program. Complete a one-hour online coding challenge in Java or Python, followed by a two-hour technical interview with a tech evaluation team. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a high work ethic while navigating the fast, efficient hiring process. This role is designed for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields. Applicants must have taken relevant classes such as Compilers or Operating Systems. The position requires working in-office four days per week for the first two years, with flexibility to work anywhere thereafter. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field from an accredited 4 year university with a 3.0 to 4.0 GPA
- Must have taken relevant C.S. classes, including at least one Compilers or Operating Systems class
- High work ethic
- High integrity and honesty
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- 0-2 years of professional software experience
- Ability and desire to work in office 4 days/week for your first two years
- Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
- Must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from their home office
