Job Summary
Conduct daily software development using Java, Python, TypeScript, and React within the Veeva Systems engineering development program. Complete a one-hour online coding challenge and a two-hour technical interview during the hiring process. Demonstrate strong communication skills, high work ethic, and integrity while collaborating with an assigned engineering manager. Work in-office four days per week for the first two years, with flexibility to work anywhere thereafter. This role targets 2027 graduates with a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields to build the industry cloud for Life Sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or related field from an accredited 4 year university with a 3.0 to 4.0 GPA
- Must have taken relevant C.S. classes, including at least one Compilers or Operating Systems class
- High work ethic
- High integrity and honesty
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- 0-2 years of professional software experience
- Ability and desire to work in office 4 days/week for your first two years
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must live within a maximum commuting distance of 45 minutes to 1 hour from their home office
- Must work in-office 4 days a week
