Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using .NET technologies, while building and enhancing REST APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, write clean, maintainable code, and participate in code reviews. Support cloud infrastructure provisioning and deployment with Terraform, troubleshoot application and database issues, and optimize SQL queries. Contribute to Agile processes including sprint planning and standups, while assisting in monitoring application reliability and scalability. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in C# and SQL, with a preference for Node.js, TypeScript, and Azure. Candidates must be immediately available for interviews in our Addison, TX office.
Required Qualifications
- Immediately available to interview in our Addison, TX office
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of professional software development experience (internship experience may be considered)
- Experience developing backend services and APIs using C# and .NET
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and database design concepts
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Criminal background checks conducted at employment offer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing .NET-based APIs
- Exposure to Node.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Solid understanding of SQL databases
