Job Summary
Associate Software Engineer responsibilities include developing clean, maintainable, testable code for one or more environments, applications, or platforms; actively resolving system and client experience impacts; learning from senior engineers and following security standards; testing and evaluating new technologies; and adhering to project artifacts and established best practices. The role is in-office with 2 days per week in Brooklyn, OH, and involves collaborating to deliver software for a banking/technology environment while following KeyBank policies and a professional Code of Conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with backend development in Node.js (required)
- Experience implementing web service clients in Javascript (required)
- Experience designing databases and writing SQL (required)
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and cloud deployments (preferred)
- Basic Understanding of software development life cycle (required)
- Basic Understanding of production applications (required)
