Job Summary
Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack) for Client Enablement who will deliver technical and customer support across multiple platforms, collaborate with a technical team to troubleshoot and maintain mission-critical applications, leverage low-code/no-code tools to streamline workflows, install/configure/maintain software, monitor performance, manage user accounts and permissions with emphasis on security, create and maintain technical documentation, and log/resolve support tickets with a customer-centric approach. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong full-stack capabilities (backend language and frontend framework), web technologies, SQL, hybrid cloud/on-prem experience, issue-tracking and version-control proficiency, security awareness, and excellent communication in agile teams. Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development, technical support, or system administration in a production or enterprise environment
- Strong foundation in full-stack development with backend and frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs
- SQL queries and relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with software configuration, deployment, or maintenance in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
- Experience with issue tracking systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) and managing support workflows
- Version control knowledge (Git, SVN)
- Understanding of system security principles including access control and identity management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and in agile cross-functional teams
- Service-first attitude in customer-facing situations
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Public Trust clearance
- Preferred: experience with React/Angular/Node.js/Spring; Master’s degree; complex SQL; DevOps/CI-CD; enterprise IT experience
