Job Summary
Dow site-Logistics Technician at Arab, AL: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, generate and process shipping/receiving records in SAP, maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate material movement with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and service providers. Operate a forklift, prepare hazardous and non-hazardous materials for shipment, and ensure adherence to safety standards and standard operating procedures. Role involves data entry, routine administrative tasks, and collaboration within a team to support safe, efficient material handling on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship), English proficiency, and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with PPE in a facility environment.
