Associate: SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Specialist (Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)

Job Summary
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, managing site collections, libraries, permissions, and governance standards including information architecture and retention policies. Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions to automate business processes, while integrating SharePoint with Teams, Outlook, and Business Central. Provide Tier 2 support for troubleshooting permissions and workflows, maintain technical documentation, and deliver user training. Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and recommend new technologies to drive digital workplace innovation. Maintain secure permission structures and ensure POPIA compliance. This fixed-term 6-month role requires a National Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT with 3–5 years of SharePoint experience and elevated administrative access.
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 3–5 years SharePoint Online administration and development experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Hands-on Power Automate and Power Apps experience
- Experience with SharePoint governance and document management
- Able to work overtime according to operational needs
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200 or equivalent)
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API
- Power BI and Microsoft Purview experience
- Experience integrating Business Central and SharePoint
- Advanced SharePoint Online knowledge
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Power Platform skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Strong documentation and problem-solving ability
