Job Summary
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), detail services, test drives, and basic repairs on Lucid vehicles. Remove and replace parts, conduct body adjustments, and exchange tires and wheels while administering work orders. Document all vehicle interactions using the software suite and execute necessary software updates. Learn High/Low Voltage systems and collaborate with service team members and customers. Obtain ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Able to learn the High/Low Voltage process
- Customer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn proprietary DMS software
- Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire
- Willingness to obtain ASE Certification per Lucid's Career Framework and additional required licenses (A4, A5, A6, A7)
- EPA 609 Certification (willing to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed
- Travel may be needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in automobile repair environments
- Prior experience with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
- Basic electronic principles
