Job Summary
Associate Service Manager focused on achieving SLA targets, driving revenue and margin performance, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities include managing escalations, overseeing dispatches, material ordering, scope creation, and labor cost management to ensure budget adherence; providing regular customer-facing reports; participating in recurring calls; reviewing technician deliverables for quality and compliance; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet SLA targets and drive account-specific improvements. Requires a B.A. or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in customer-focused roles and 3+ years in store technologies or security systems. PMP and trade-specific certifications are preferred. Strong MS Office 365 skills, exceptional organization, and a proactive, customer-obsessed mindset are expected.
Required Qualifications
- B.A. from a four-year college or university in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- PMP and trade-specific certifications (e.g., NICET, Genetec) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-focused role
- At least 3 years' expertise in store technologies and/or security systems
