Job Summary
Lead the Branch in executing strategic priorities by coaching behavioral change and ensuring consistency with Firm policies. Oversee service transaction approvals, trade error supervision, and document handling while conducting quality assurance reviews. Facilitate training as the Learning Partner, responding to daily inquiries, performing on-the-spot coaching, and organizing team meetings on system enhancements. Partner with the Service Manager to manage audit readiness, resolve client inquiries, and implement process improvements for productivity. Assist with special projects like recruit onboarding and digital engagement initiatives while serving as a resource to Sales, Risk, and Home Office partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- College degree preferred
- Active Series 7 (GS)
- Series 9
- Series 10 (SU)
- Series 66 (AG/RA)
- Series 63 (AG)
- Series 65 (RA)
- At least 2 years of industry experience
- 5 years industry experience recommended
- Demonstrated strong performance in current role for the prior 2 years
- Supervisory situational decision making skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and resolve complex needs and escalate as necessary
- Ability to identify issues and trends in order to anticipate change and provide comprehensive solutions and remedies
- Evidence of strong leadership and talent development capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage relationships, motivate and lead groups of people at various levels throughout the Market
- Knowledge of Firm's Risk & Compliance policies
- Ability to think strategically
