Job Summary
Engage daily with clients to build relationships, deliver tailored support, and deploy custom solutions that enable clients to win. Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping, recruiting experts, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes, grow revenue, and ensure account retention while upholding the company's compliance framework. Develop strong business skills through direct client relationship building and responsive service, with opportunities to lead future Associates once outperforming as an individual contributor. This role requires flexible and extended hours, including evenings and holidays, based on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 0-3 years of work experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and some holidays) based on client needs and expectations
