Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to address defects, inefficiencies, and waste in warehouse operations. Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and commercial account management, fostering collaboration and alignment to ensure needs are met and orders are fulfilled. Manage conflict and navigate challenging conversations with professionalism while owning the warehouse claim process, including induction, research, and resolution. Provide data-driven insights through inventory reporting and performance evaluations to support customer fulfillment and operational goals. Drive continuous improvement and deliver upon warehouse service commitments by partnering with stakeholders across Warehouse, Commercial, IT, and Industrial Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work onsite at a Warehouse location 5 days per week
- Ability to travel up to 10% (domestically)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of previous C.H. Robinson experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills (ability to persuade, motivate and influence others), and business acumen
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory operational environments
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
- Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
